Ingredients

  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 1 C sour cream
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • Handful mozzerella cheese
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • handful mozzerella cheese
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 2 packages Pillsbury Croissants
  • 1 can or 2-3 chicken breasts

Instructions

mix ingredients for croissants-- cream cheese, 16 oz. sour cream, handful mozzerella cheese, green onions, chicken breasts cut up-- and put 2 tablespoons in each croissant. Roll up and dip in melted butter. Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about 18 minutes.

Make sauce with remaining ingredients- evaporated milk, 1 cup sour cream, salt and pepper and mozzerella cheese- stir in saucepan and heat until cheese is melted. Pour over each croissant when served.
