Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup white rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 beef boullion cube
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • chinese noodles

Instructions

Saute hamburger and onion. Pour into casserole dish with uncooked rice, soup, water, boullion, and soy sauce. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove and add frozen peas. Cover an bake 20 minutes longer. Top with Chinese noodles and serve.
