Melt butter in large pot.
Add flour and cook for about two minutes.
Add milk slowly was going to remove clumps.
Add salt and pepper and heat at medium heat until sauce thickens and starts to bubble.
Add cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
Add al dente cooked pasta to sauce. Stir to combine.
Bake in an 8 x 8 dish at 350°F for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly. *Note: Adding taco meat before baking is delicious!
