Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Medium onion
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 cups Chopped chicken
  • 1 can Green chilis
  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Combine soup and sour cream. Heat butter, onion, and chili powder. Cook until tender and add chicken, chilis, and 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Spread half of the soup mixture in a shallow pan. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and place into pan. Spread remaining soup on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
